I believe that most Chinese people have an unusual New Year holiday like us.
The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak before the New Year turned our New Year holiday into anxious self-isolation.
The epidemic has become tricky because the epidemic occurred during the Spring Festival during the most intensive population migration, and because some people intentionally or unintentionally neglected it.

At present, almost all Chinese are paying the price for their actions.
We also hope that what we did before and we are doing now can be useful for containing.

At the same time, Kngear really appreciates the sacrifice and hard work of the medical staff. Although it is unfair and the Chinese people feel really sorry, the only thing we can do is pray for the people who are suffering now and the front-line medical staff of the Hubei.

In addition, Kngear thank our friends from all over the world for their understanding and support.

1) Due to the strictest regulatory measures adopted in China, most companies are not working properly, and the closure of some cities has also caused the timeliness of transportation to be greatly reduced.
Although we have completed most of the production tasks, the delivery has not been resumed. So we are really sorry to customers who did not receive the goods in time.

2) According to the current situation, most companies are unable to start construction normally-lack of necessary anti-epidemic materials. Although our company has started construction, we can foresee some gaps in the demand for certain raw materials in the future.
Although we will try our best to increase the inventory, and also require our employees to arrange the production plan in advance, we still cannot guarantee that this year’s order can guarantee the normal delivery period.
